Welcome to Guardian Pest & Termite (Segue Environmental, LLC). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and interactions with our team. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.

“Client” or “you” refers to the individual or business requesting services.
“Services” include pest control, inspection, extermination, removal, monitoring, prevention, and related services provided by us.
2. Service Scope & Limitations
All services are performed according to industry standards and applicable regulations.
Treatment results may vary depending on pest type, severity, and environmental conditions at the time of service.
We do not guarantee complete eradication unless specified in a written agreement. Structural repairs are not included unless explicitly stated.
3. Service Appointments
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a service fee.
In urgent or high-risk situations, response times may vary depending on availability and safety conditions.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information about the property and infestation
Prepare the property as instructed prior to treatment
Follow all post-service recommendations
Inform us of any health concerns, allergies, pets, or sensitive conditions that may be affected
5. Payments & Fees
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept approved payment methods including debit and credit cards.
Recurring service plans may be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually.
Late payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.
6. Refund Policy
We aim to provide reliable and effective services. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 7 days.
Follow-up services or adjustments may be provided at our discretion after review.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may not apply if service recommendations were not followed.
7. Guarantees & Limitations
Some services may include limited warranties or follow-up visits, depending on the treatment type.
Due to environmental factors and pest behavior, recurrence may occur even after treatment.
Our services focus on reduction, control, prevention, and long-term protection—not permanent guarantees unless specified.
8. Use of Products
We use products approved for pest control and apply them responsibly in accordance with safety standards.
If you have sensitivities, pets, children, or health concerns, please inform us before service so alternatives or precautions can be discussed.
9. Property Access & Liability
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property for inspection and treatment.
We are not responsible for inaccessible areas or hidden conditions not disclosed prior to service.
We take reasonable care during service but are not liable for pre-existing damage or undisclosed hazards.
10. Website Use & Content
All content on our website is the property of Deal Pest Control and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Any information submitted through forms or inquiries will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle all personal information responsibly.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required for service delivery or legal compliance.

12. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of:
Non-payment
Unsafe working conditions
Abusive or inappropriate behavior
Failure to follow required service preparation or safety instructions
Clients may cancel recurring services with written notice in accordance with their agreement.
13. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be handled in accordance with local laws where services are provided.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
